Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pupo, an AI companion that saves and helps you revisit Instagram Reels you send to our Instagram account @getpupo. By sending a message to @getpupo or otherwise using Pupo, you agree to these Terms.

What Pupo does

You share Reels or messages with @getpupo via Instagram Direct. Pupo receives them through Instagram's official API, processes them (for example transcribes or summarises the content) and stores the results so you can ask about them later.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you share. You grant Pupo a limited licence to receive, store and process it solely to provide the service to you. Do not share content you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes others' rights.

Plans, payments and cancellation

Free. Your first 40 saved Reels are analysed free of charge and stay in your library for as long as you use Pupo. After 40 saves, Pupo keeps receiving and storing the Reels you send, but does not analyse them until you upgrade.

Pupo Pro is a subscription that unlocks unlimited analysis of the Reels you send (including the ones waiting from your free plan) and the Pupo agent, which answers questions about your library in Instagram Direct. Pro costs US$7.99 per month or US$47.88 per year. Prices are shown before you pay and may include VAT or sales tax depending on your country.

Renewal and cancellation. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings at pupo.app or through the customer portal linked in your receipt; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds. If Pro did not work for you, write to support@pupo.app within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by WayForPay (wayforpay.com), a payment provider supervised by the National Bank of Ukraine. Your card details are entered on WayForPay's secure page and never reach Pupo; we store only the plan you bought, the masked card number and the payment status. The seller is PE A.B. (private entrepreneur, Ukraine), the operator of Pupo. Contact: support@pupo.app.

Early access

Pupo is in early access. The service is provided "as is" and may change, pause or stop at any time. We may lose or delete saved content without notice while the product is in this phase. Do not rely on Pupo as your only copy of anything important.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Do not use Pupo to harass anyone or to process content about other people without their consent.

Third parties

Pupo depends on Instagram and other providers (hosting, AI processing, payments). We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their platforms.

Pupo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" and "Reels" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. and are used only to describe what Pupo works with.

Termination

You can stop using Pupo at any time and request deletion of your data at pupo.app/delete-data. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pupo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
