Pupo ("we", "us") is an AI companion that helps you remember and revisit Instagram Reels you send to our Instagram account @getpupo via Instagram Direct. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Messages you send to @getpupo on Instagram: message text, timestamps, and any Reels, posts or media you share, including links and media identifiers that Instagram provides to us.
Your Instagram-scoped user ID, a number Instagram assigns to you for our app only. We use it to associate your messages with you. We do not receive your password.
Technical logs (request time, status) needed to run and secure the service.
Subscription status if you buy Pupo Pro: which plan you have and until when. Payments are processed by WayForPay, which collects your card details on its own secure page under its privacy policy. We receive only the masked card number, the payment status and the email you enter at checkout.

We do not collect your contacts, followers, or content you have not sent to @getpupo.

How we use it

To receive, store and process the Reels and messages you send us so we can save them and reply to you.
To analyse shared Reels (for example transcribing audio or summarising content) in order to build your personal memory of saved Reels.
To operate, debug and secure the service.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Instagram / Meta

We receive data through the Instagram API with Instagram Login under Meta's Platform Terms. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Service providers

We may use third-party infrastructure and AI processing providers (hosting, content delivery, speech-to-text and language models) to deliver the service. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep your messages and saved Reels for as long as you use Pupo. Raw webhook logs used for debugging are deleted or rotated regularly.

Your rights and data deletion

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete everything associated with your Instagram account at any time. Open Settings at pupo.app and choose Delete my data, or email us at the address below. We will complete deletion within 30 days. You can also revoke Pupo's access in your Instagram settings under Apps and websites.

Children

Pupo is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
