Delete your data

You can ask us to delete everything Pupo has stored about your Instagram account: your messages, shared Reels, derived notes and your Instagram-scoped user ID.
Option 1 · From the cabinet
Sign in at pupo.app, open Settings and choose Delete my data. Your saves, notes and profile are removed within minutes.
Option 2 · By email
Email support@pupo.app from any address and tell us your Instagram username. We may ask you to confirm from that Instagram account to prevent abuse. We delete within 30 days.
Option 3 · Remove Pupo from your Instagram apps
In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Pupo → Remove. Instagram then sends us an automated deletion request and we process it the same way.
What happens next
- Deletion is completed within 30 days; usually much faster.
- Backups and rotated logs expire within a further 30 days.
- We do not keep a copy of your content after deletion.
