Delete your data

Pupo · Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete everything Pupo has stored about your Instagram account: your messages, shared Reels, derived notes and your Instagram-scoped user ID.

Option 1 · From Instagram

Sign in at pupo.app, open Settings and choose Delete my data. Your saves, notes and profile are removed within minutes. If you cannot sign in, email support@pupo.app from any address and tell us your Instagram username; we delete within 30 days.

Option 2 · By email

Email support@pupo.app from any address and tell us your Instagram username. We may ask you to confirm from that Instagram account to prevent abuse.

Option 3 · Remove Pupo from your Instagram apps

In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Pupo → Remove. Instagram then sends us an automated deletion request and we process it the same way.

What happens next

• Deletion is completed within 30 days; usually much faster.
• Backups and rotated logs expire within a further 30 days.
• We do not keep a copy of your content after deletion.

Status of an automated request

If you arrived here from Instagram with a confirmation code, your request has been received and is being processed. Keep the code in case you need to contact us about it.
